well huge issues getting into the site.......

wake me up when the site is sorted out..love the keeping up to date..but the site hurts my eyes and head.....i need the old look back bad...i cant tell whats heads or tails here

The "Home" button is now the home for the entire site - which be like the portal - Once I open it up to everyone :P (Thanks for pointing it out)

The "Forum" button is the forums home - or you can click the little House just below.

Think of the Forums as a piece of the overall site - it's inside a wrapper which includes the portal and blogs.


69.5 - which style did you use? I am working up a style that is mostly black. Long term, I'll be working up a car themed one, but that'll take some time.
In the meantime, I'll throw in a couple of quickies just to give everyone a chance to pick different colours.
 
K, the Home page should be good now.
The permissions were all correct, but the blank page wasn't "published" yet. Did that and now it shows even if you're not logged in.. and of course when you are..

There's nothing there but now you can check for your self. :D

And that will be for me to fill up - just like the portal page was before. So, don't get to worried about trying to publish to it.

okay, I've added a couple of styles for variety.

They are not really DONE yet - the logos are messed up - but I'll have to deal with that another day.

At least you'll have some darker colours to choose from.

i used that nice soft default blue....this is close but harder on the eyes....the font is ..ugh...wonder if i can get a snapshot from a site thats not on this version?
 
Got in a lot easier this time...I'll hang in there and see how it all turns out. Guess we all will try to get used to it. Sooooo, when is the next big up date???? Not any time soon I hope.

Also the board doesn't seem to remember me. I login and come back later and it makes me login again, even after checking the remember me box.
Oh and now looking the smilies over here à are fubar’d.

And yeah, the smiley's are gone on the reply box.

Just realized the smiley's are found in the "advanced" reply tab.
To many Warsteiner's and someone's gonna screw that up. :shifty:

That's freaky. It's as if the logo isn't loading. If it were that whole section would be taller and all would be fine.

This should be over the Home Forum Blogs What's New bar.

when i goto www.moparnuts.com...im still getting the 3second page that launches me into the error screen...you have to catch and click forums before the 3seconds is up

and i still cant decifer the new posts from the old stuff from the stuff ive read..its rather frustrating

It's all there. The layout is there too, but the borders are missing.
To fix that I'll have to manually edit all of the arcade pages.
It'll take time.

But it's all there.

Works for Me.
Are you running any cookie cruncher type anti spyware programs? Maybe you need to set/reset allowances or exceptions.

vbimghost is something that needs some work.

The logging in issue could be cookie related. try clearing your browser cache and then log back in - and click the Remember box again.
