Shit. I passed on a set of them at the Hot August Nights swap meet. Every year I go with money, and every year I wind up walking away without buying anything. Here's the one's I'd run....
Nope... no caps unfortunately. The only ones I have are the plain, no-name units currently on the Imperial. They're like undrilled cop caps, but they're the only set I have and I'd like to hang onto them.I may be in touch with you soon. Caps?
I might be interested.[smilie=::i might have a set or 2 around....
The simplest solution may be to swap the side brackets from the bad rad to the good one. It's just basic soldering and doesn't take a ton of experience.
I've been contemplating the same solution, since I don't care if the radiator has the correct part #. I just want it to seal and cool. Good advice, sir.:bravo:The simplest solution may be to swap the side brackets from the bad rad to the good one. It's just basic soldering and doesn't take a ton of experience.
I haven't either. I pulled it from a good running 67 Coronet about 5 years ago, and drained it, so the split was kinda' shocking.:huh:I can't say I've ever seen a top tank split like that!
Everything 68 and newer has to pass smog here. Tiny jets and a bit of denatured alcohol and it should sail through smog. The RC is an 88 that I drive in the winter. It's a retired cop car, so it was very nicely maintained. I'll dig out some pics for you.oh hell yeah thats perfect
you have to smog that?!?!?!?!?? o.0
