Yes. EVERYTHING is different.
I wanted to get things opened up again so you can start digging in.

I will continue to work on getting some of the features that we know and love back into operation.
About the only big thing that isn't going to make it is the Classifieds.
I'll create some new forum sections for that for now.

All of the added style are gone - I knew that would be the case. I'll work to get some new styles to choose from.

Know oneh thing though - we didn't lose anything in terms of pictures, posts etc...
You might not see things like the Garage and vBImage hosting - but they are there. I just need to tweak things a bit before opening them back up.

Some stuff will be replaced by features that are built right in to the new software - like the Tech Docs. They will be articles now.

There is more - SO much more. Some new stuff I haven't even found yet.

When it came time to buy in to the new software, I decided to get the full publishing suite - it's something new with this release. It includes a Content Management System (CMS) that will replace our old Portal Page. It also includes a Blog feature...

Have a look around. Have some fun.
If you notice something missing - sit tight. I can work on things without having to shut down the board.

Random album pictures are down at the bottom of the page.

WHAT THE "HELL"!!!!!!! Just when I was getting used to the way MOPAR NUTS was, this happens. Why do people have to fix things THAT ISN'T BROKE??????? Took me forever just to get into this site...Kept coming up ERROR, among other things. Bad enough there aren't any car shows through the winter months and now this....

Only issue I have is the top is kinda squished. The part where it says....

Sometimes DCF is forced to change things up a bit in order to keep up with the host site/ server software. Not sure if this is the case this time but it's one of the inconveniences we have to endure from time to time. Kind of a bummer I know, but give it a couple days and things will be in proper working order. Just have to get used to a new look.

I made it through the log in. Clicking the "home" tab got me a warning. "permissions and stuff like that" but got in through the "quick navigation" button to the right of the Squished stuff Fishy mentioned.

Yeah. This is the newest version of the software we've always used.
It IS different. however, we need to keep up in order to keep things secure - for one thing.

I think things would have been better had we been able to at least keep the styles from the old version, but this is supposed to be a better way to go about things.
I've got some work to do to figure things out on that front. and some of the add-ins that we have will be a while coming back into play, but at this point, I'm pretty sure we'll get them back. I do know that all of the pics and stuff are still there.
The add-ins even work - but with a bunch of errors - that's actually a good sign at this point... better than not working at all.

In case you didn't notice - New Post are over on the right side. There's a 2 minute delay for that list to update. That's by design to keep the server happy. <--This is an improvement over our old list of new posts.
Below that are Newly Created Threads.
Below that is a tag Cloud that helps out with the search engine spiders.
