Can you not tint a certain percentage or is there "NO" tinting allowed on the drivers/Pass windows?

None period.

No tint AT ALL on the front side windows.

It's a $220 fine and they will force you to remove it. :doubt:

I need a clutch, transmission, driveshaft uh....... front end rebuild, brakes.....
