Not A Duster's Most Excellent Progress

Bluuuueeeeee - Blue for youuuuuuuu.....

Some little parts I brought home today. The rest of the car comes home tommorow.

It's '96/'97 Viper GTS Blue.

I wanted a Mopar colour, but thought something other than the traditional muscle era blues would be nice.

Thanks boss.

Despite all my decision-making and wishy-washy thoughts, it was inevitable that the car would end up blue.

I had just about settled on a more traditional colour when I stumbled across pics of a Shelby GT350 clone that was painted this colour rather than the Ford blue. I like the way this colour plays with the light so much that I think I'm going to forgo any stripes or blackouts, which were in my original plans.

Ohhhh..........he he oooooooooooh ah ha ha ha ha weeeeeeeeee woooooooooo aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..... :giggedy:

That is an awesome color, gonna cover the body nicely, and the lines will show beautifully!!! can't wait to see it all.

The 91 ram 50 I got for my daughter last summer is brilliant blue, which is real close to that. It looked like crap when it came in- the clear was flaking off. It only took a dozen cans of wally worlds finest to re shoot it and she gets compliments all the time now.[smilie=f:
