Some neat old literature

nada..can you imagine even seeing a gas station with 24 pumps these days?...oh and that bomber shot...saddens me greatly..as i have personaly gotten fuel there and its no longer there....i recall something about it being taken to be restored and put in a museum or somthing but...never dug deeper

Yeah - but someone else needs to post up some more for me to steal.....er..... add to my archive..... :D

I got a bunch more at home to add as well, but I've not been home much the past few days. At the office lots.

There's a couple Co-op gas stations in the province that would have close to that I think. I will have to count the next time I am at one of them.

And truck stop/travel centers like Flying J often have 12 or 16 pumps on the gas side.

man that thrush stuff...droool...i need another set of those cans....and ALWAYS will want the side pipes

Had a set of Thrush mufflers on a truck years ago. I liked them - deep sound, no resonating in the cab, and a very low price. I'd own them again for sure.

I have collected a bunch of Thrush stuff because that is what was on the very first "hotrod" I ever rode in - my Dad's '57 Fairlane 500.

thrush was the logo i always remembered from before i could drive..all the "cool" cars had thrush..the first set i got is the same one from those ads back in 91 for my cuda..tho the centers were a hard black coating...the inside resembled glass packs but not with its muffler core(straight thru muffler?)....to this day i still love em but they are crumbling

indeed it is..and its also the most ripped off logo that i know of.....was also the first sticker to make it onto my car

youve got some great ones...

i wonder what the "rig" in the second one is...ive NEVER seen that grill

4th shot..id heard of those early rolling roads but never a pic of one..let alone loaded up
