In through the Out Door, so She's
An '05 Chrysler Crossfire was traded into a dealership which my dad used to work at, so I went and had a look at it. it had 416 original miles on the clock, and was imported from the US, by a guy up here who just kept it in his garage for a few years (bought it new off the lot in Texas).
During a test drive, I was thinking "this doesn't feel like any new chrysler I've ever driven... it feels solid, smooth and more refined". Popped the hood and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, until I spotted a Mercedes symbol on the Master Cylinder, then saw more symbols on other parts. Oh yeah, these are basically Mercedes SLK's in a chrysler body (designed in England, built in Germany)... funky.
So I bought the odd little car at a little over cost, (Thanks Dad!) and am having a blast with the 6 speed and 3.2 mercedes motor
