What lies beneath

i know for FACT on an A-body with buckets you can swap the tracks round and gain the same ammount, the spring assist to sling em forward slings them rearward instead but it works...i never tried it on a bench but i dont see why it wouldnt work the same...or the same on any other mopar for that matter

i know on my 69 i swapped the driver set with the passenger set and then put em on backwards, thus gaining 2+, i figure on a bench a body you "should" be able to use a passenger bucket set on it thus keeping the lever at the driver but gaining the extra leg room..i simply never bothered, but planned to try it out

i would think any mopar you could probably do the same unless said car has a weird floor hump or missmatched rails

on the headliner front the trick ive done in the past is you use a wax marker to make marks on the body or trim or gasket(depending on local) of the rough placement of things, then use apush button ballpoint pen to find but not punch the holes...so you can stretch the material without puncturing...when your sure you then just pop en with the items...hasnt failed me yet and takes the scare out of it

All of the glass trim is on. I took care of the last part of this project list yesterday. I painted my replacement battery tray. I had ordered it before I painted the roof with the hope it would be here in time to paint it then. It showed up the Monday after I painted the roof. That's no ones fault but my own. I didn't think about ordering it until the Wednesday before I had planned to paint.

The tray came out nice. I'm starting to get good at this game!

Lovely. :)
Words of advice: wrap those welding helmets in shopping bags to keep the overspray of off them... ;)
