I think if I can get all of the pics in the banner to have a nice border around them - like some already do because of their dimensions - it would look okay. The gradient behind the pics works well - but when a pic fille the space top to bottom, it messes things up.

I personally like the art & logo offset to one side. The whole thing is layed out well IMO.

I like that logo in the top right too.
