I hope not. Did anyone see what the new Charger is actually going to look like? Chrysler needs to stop with bringing back the classic names and such.

But I can buy one and use it for work. I can't drive customers around in my Cuda, nor am I allowed to use my car allowance to buy an old mopar.

I like the V8 RWD. I like the original concept charger better. I hear that the may be are coming out with it

The charger was in hot-rod last month. Its gonna be a 4 door also :(. I rember in 98-99 they where talking about making the car a v6 and have it run on propane n supercharged. Cause a family 4 door should be made hard to fuel up [smilie=e: . Least they got ride of that idea [smilie=e:

it's known how almost everyone likes the look of the old muscle cars, especially the crowd that'd be purchasing a car like this new charger or 300,etc... so why don't they emulate the stying of the orig mopars alot more?
if they made a 'new' cuda or 'charger' from the orig lines, myabe a bit smaller to fit the modern size quota, it'd sell. I'm sure of it.

even Furd is staying closer to it's roots with the Mustang, especially with the 2005 GT. this car probably has gotten the most praise and attention since the new generation stangs were made, and this is because of the new grill and lines that emulate the 68-69 style like never before!
Chev too with the Corvette and Crapero/Bird.
Why is Chrysler so far from the orig design of their latter performance cars?! Get a new design team! [smilie=e:

Your car allowance will allow you to buy something that pricey? God bless corporate tax laws. [smilie=e:

Probably not but I could bump my own money in. The company is unhappy I am driving a V8 truck now, so I doubt they would be happy with any type of v8 vehicle.

I am sorry, but that is just wrong. I didn't mind them calling the quasi hemi a hemi, cause in its way it is...but to call that a Charger is even more brutally low than calling that fwd pos a charger, you know, the one they made in the early 80's? That is plain out and out wrong. Call it ANYTHING but that.

and of all the "new" cars rolling around ..be it concept car or something that may or may not make production..that 05 mudstain GT is the BEST looking thing ive seen in a very long time...and proly the only new car that is deserving of the title "modern muscle"

let the old names DIE and stay burried unless youve got something that atleast 65% resembles what its being named after
