K - Well here's a couple pics of the car coming apart.

This is Monday - as we drove her into the garage.

First nites progress - not a whole lot as we are just getting stuff sorted and ready.

We are starting at the front of the car & working our way back, removing items as we come to them, bagging, tagging and labelling everything.

2nd nite. Tonite we made a bit more progress.

The car is coming apart remarkably easily. I attribute it to the low mileage and lack of rust almost anywhere. Even the bumper bolts came out like they were installed yesterday.

We are changing colour on the car, so everything is coming off and we removed the fenders. The bodyshop is taking the car, stripping it to bare metal, doing bodywork & priming the whole thing and spraying the jambs, trunk and engine bay with the new colour.

When that is done, they are going to give it back to me in primer, so I can replace all the mechanicals, interior, etc without damaging the new paint. Final exterior paint will be in the spring.

NAD that looks amazing!! I like pictures if the tear down process.

Congrats, you will certainly be proud of that car when you are done.
