Movin' on,,,

step out of the fog and come to your senses.....

those billboard sided 300s in challanger clothing need 4-6 inches taken out of the side height to even become "atractable"

As nice as the new Challys are..too a point and like 69 says, they have a BIG ass that's for sure!! But I wouldn't dump my old mopar for one that's for sure....Hope you change your mind there Foggy.:helpme:

The only part I changed (my mind, that is,) is deciding to go for the 6.1/6 speed. The 5.7 wasn't going to get it.:giggedy:

i think id rather plop the coin for the motor and trans from a wrecked on in a few years and retro fit it...only part of those cars they got right imo is the hood

Geez, I'd never flog an old car like that in favour of a new one, but to each, his own.

At least you're getting another Mopar.:bravo:

Personnally, I love the new Challenger. I'll take mine in either white or B5 blue. :)

While I'm not a huge fan of the new Challenger, I do see some of its strong points... and though one could say that they don't make '69 Super Bees anymore, before too long our new Furher will have had the same effect on the new Challenger, Mustang, and the ghastly Camaro. Get while the gettin's good, if that what turns your crank. Just be sure you take a good, long look at the cheap-crap plasticky interior of the Challenger and be sure you can be happy with the 1970s-Revell-model-kit-grade dashboard and interior panels, since that's the most-common view you'll have while spending time with the car. A '77 Aspen had a more-expensive looking interior; Revell models were always some of the crappiest back when I was building.

Very nice Bee... black out the rad support, will ya? That body color through the grille looks atrocious. Wish I could afford it anyhow! :D

Yeah black out that rad support...I really hate that too! On a similar note I noticed one of the guys at work has a new dodge ram in white and there is no black out...guess they don't black out rad supports anymore??

Tell you what. You guys spring for the money to black it out, and it's done.
As for the plastic interior. Nothing is cheaper looking, IMO, then that rallye dash.
I still think it'd be nice to slip into a new muscle car, that has all the comforts, and gas milage, out handle the old tubs, and still bury them at the strip.
You whipers will find that out, maybe.:)

The B5 caught my eye also.:bravo: It's either that, or the black (wonder why?) with the red striping.

There is a black/red stripe car running around town - it does nothing for me. :( Kinda tacky looking (this from the guy with the three-toned 82 Volvo)

The local dealer has a white R/T - :gaga:

Just got back from eye-balling an'09 6.1. B5 blue with a black stripe. Sweet. That is the colour. Talked to the dealer who I bought my truck from, and he said there is the possibility of the 010's coming with a 6.4=get this... 500hp. And thats' at the rear wheels? YUMPING YUDUS. I believe I'll wait.:)
