I should be gone for about 6 months, maybe more... so much for the job I love so well. :doh:

Nothing federal. Maximum sentence is 5 years, DA recommending 6 months. Time will tell, I guess... the judge decides. If I get 6 months, I get out in 5 on good behavior. If I get work release, I have to transfer to a different county jail and that will set me back $85 a day.

I am so sorry to hear that I can now say from experience that a few months in county jail suck, when I was sentenced for reckless driving (when I out ran the chp in a dart) back in 76 I only did a weekend the rest of the 6 mo was supended.
When I was arrested for what I am fighting now I did over 3 months waiting to get bonded out, Dopamean did it as fast as she could but it took forever to get money from my 401K. As I have a lot of medical problems they kept me in the medical pod after the first few weeks. I was locked in the cel for from 20hrs to 23hrs a day before they moved me to medical I was in a normal pod and we spent most of the day in the day room we could play basket ball and handball a few hrs a day as well.
I would not suggest anyone do anything ever to land there but it is somthing that you can get through it would help to have people to write Dopameam was the only person that would write back and forth.

Damn that really sucks
I spent 6 days in jail and NEVER want to be there again. I will definately miss the insite, advice and wit, I guess the upside to this is there will be plenty of time to work on your book :huh: Take it easy and we'll be waiting for your triumphant return :shifty: Really sucks about the job too
