No sense waiting for 'old age'. New cam is going in. I said 'if the Indy heads and their big ass intake valves clear the existing valve reliefs, we're installing them' in the quest for lower et's. And since I have a matching set of Diamond pistons, at a .040" larger we're boring this puppy out, after only 25, or so, passes. Seems a shame since the cross hatch looks like new, with no light scratching whatsoever. If anyone is looking to build a 408 stroker and needs a cheep set of kickass pistons, they are available.:xl:
