I finished the rear valance this past Sunday.
Next I plan to hang the doors and front fenders. I need to repair the lower "dog leg" area on both fenders. I want them on the car to make sure I don't introduce a twist and to make sure my lines stay correct.
A few pictures of Sundays repair work.
I did a little more welding after work last night. I had hoped to finish the rear panel but I ran out of 75/25 before I could start on the final patch.
Today was rear panel day. I had to repair a small 1 inch section of the right side edge. I forgot to take pictures of that but I did get one of the completed repair. After that I had to add weld to close up a bad gap near the trunk lid where the rear pannel meets the quarter. The stamping was...
It's something to do with posting from my phone. It also could have something to do with me internet service. I live in a very rural area and have satellite internet.

After the floor stuff was all set I moved on to somthing I have never attempted. I made a patch for the right rear quarter panel. That patch curves in three directions at once. I fabracobbled up a dolly to bend the pice around and grabed my contour gauge. Let me know what you think.
Next I moved on to building under floor braces for bucket seats. I'm 6'6" so I need as much leg room as possible. I wanted to move the seats back but still have them securely anchored. After that I instaled the floor plates for the seats.
It's pretty much been all summer since I last worked on Stinky but yesterday I got back after it.
I did a little C.A.D. work and made the flange panels for the left rear wheel tub and then welded those and the tub in. I was about 80% done when I stopped so the kids, my wife and myself could...
The rails that came with it a perfect. The rotisserie is junk. Its two engine stands that have angle iron bolted to them. No jacks. It doesn't rotate smoothly or easily. And it has spent enough time outdoors that the vertical tubes have fild with water, froze, and split.
