KC's 95 Dodge Ram 4X4 "Double Tap" work in progress!

went ahead and painted the inside of the bed and toolbox and rails with real army od green I had and put the spare tire carrier back in for now.. I will probably take it back out when I round up the stuff to make the roll bared/family hauler out of it! I also cut some dodge splatter stencils for the tailgate with buzzard, and finished the rear bumper, went ahead and painted around the new taillights with the od green makes them fit in better I think ? the cablight didnt fit worth a crap ! took a little KC engineering !... but worked out!v-10truck022.jpg
 
Gettting those rams in about the same place and slant sucked! now what else does it need on the body? its going to take awhile on the lift and I'm going to start collecting stuff for the bed and some kind of light bar ....a little something like you built for your R/C with a place to attach the tarp behind the lights ..... to the drawing board!!!:phonepicsandtruck2117.jpg^)
 
get a tekin fx-r...those things dont even have heat sinks as i recall..and as abusive as i am ive never nuked one...yet ask fishy he was drivin one of my trucks when the motor metled down and damn neer set itself on fire.....meanwhile the heat sink was in a WATERPROOF box of my own design cramed in with it a BEC as well as the RX..so no it had no fresh air or wiggle room..ive got 3 of em all in waterboxes tested to about 4 feet or so

man you have alot of R/C stuff! we tear up ours so fast we cant aquire more! altho we could have bought more when the fad went out ! lol seems everyone gets into a certain thing then a couple months later its something new and all the old is for sale lol thats how we ended up with so much paintball..airsoft stuff ! just need more mopar buddies in the area! :^)
 
yeah funny thing is the way fads and rcs go..it cycles every year or 2 and then the stuff comes cool again...but alot of it gets hard to get parts for..except traxas...they still make stuff for my HAWK!!!!!....ive only got uhh 30 or so......i swear i dont have a problem
 
nah nah..remember hill climbin on murry hill.....the slash died due to the iron in the sand getting into the brushless motor...of ALL the things lol..and ya know what....that same sand ran thru my crawler and nuked the crawler on murry hill...that sand was the death of 2 motors in 2 states....michigan sand is BAD EVILL STUFF!!!

Well that sand was also on the St. Mary's River which divided part of the U.P. and Canada. There's a reason I didn't go swimming in that river. :shifty:
