What color should i spray the cuda and why???

Red

Black

Yellow

Gun Metal Grey

Plum Crazy

Keep in mind i'm gonna be using the stock hood.

I'm going with the best of both worlds... gunmetal gray and black two-tone. [smilie=e:

This is a photochop I did of my car long ago in my intended paint scheme... only real differences are the wheels, a larger quarter window (I'm eliminating the opera lights for fear they will cause Stretch to sing some more) and the divider pinstripe will be red/gold harlequin (color-changing) paint.

I'm not sure what I'm doing for wheels yet, but the Type II Rallyes shown on the car are for sale.

I'm kinda leaning toward black myself. What do you guys think about sprayin the hole car gloss black, and sprayin the hood and a 69 stripe flat black??? [smilie=e:

Is the car arrow straight? If not, I would shy away from that colour. As much as I like black cars, it really doesn't look good on something wavey. I think it would look good in gunmetal grey. Haven't seen many in that colour.

black on 67/69 fish have a way of hideing the bodylines and hips...as much as black looks good on most cars imo its one of the colors that doesnt for these fishys

id love to see what one would look like in the gunmetal as it seems to show off most cars lines

yellow or red works very well on them as ive seen.....cant say ive ever seen 67/69 fish in plum tho

Gunmetal grey with body color bumpers and flat black hood, grill and tailpanel and some small electric blue or royal blue pinstriping. But that's the plan for my Challenger anyway. Any bright (high impact maybe?) color pinstriping would look good with the gunmetal grey / flat black combo IMHO.

I've seen a triple black T/A Challenger with gloss black body and bumpers. Flat black hood, tail and side stripes with an black interior. It was very hard to take my eyes off of it because it just draws you into it looking for the seperation of of the different shades of black. It must have been very hard to get that car as straight as it was but it was definately worth it judging by the end result.
