course being as wierd and as kitsbashed/partsbin built ya never know what hand me downs contunied on lol....i still doubt the posibility but without trying who knows

Try a V8 cross member from a gremblen (SP?) my spirit had the iron 2.5 what a gutless .. the rest was nice I started looking and they look like they may have been related I never found a gremblen to check it out against that would be the first thing I would try..

Well the Gremlin and Spirit for that year are identical, just different rear quarter windows. The only reason I asked about the Javelin is because my buddy who bought our old Spirit found it and was wondering if it would work. I thought maybe one of you guys had fooled around with such a thing or something. But thanks for the answers guys :giggedy:
