Always wondered what these things would run so I went out Friday night to Toronto Motorsports and ran it.1st pass right off the street with no cool down,60'..2.257
1/4..15.567
MPH..85.93

2nd pass after 45 min cool down.
60'...2.209
1/4..15.230
MPH..87.35

Temps were very cold,44-47*F on a unprepped track,tail-gate up and 35 lbs tire pressure.Only change is a K&N drop in filter,everything factory.Has 20" wheels with 3.92 sg.
:bravo:

Seems like pretty good times for a stock truck. It would destroy our slant six Dart that runs 19's. :D

That sounds about right. Our '05 2wd quadcab hemi went 15.58 at 80-something mph. This was in hot weather, and the truck is stock. By stock, I mean STOCK-down to the original air in the original tires. This one has the BBY option* and the 3.92 gears.

*BBY option stands for bling bling yo, which is the 20" wheels available.

These trucks wiegh a easy 5000+lbs so I'd say the 5.7 motor does make good power/torque
