Actually, it's just been plugged in to a page that has the same look and feell as the rest of the board - with the banner at the top and everything.
The Chat has been tuned up a little.

non members (or memebers that are not logged in) can click the link but the Chat program will not load.
That works well to get non-members to re-consider signing up or to remind memebers that they haven't logged in yet..
As for the bar, I'd like to keep it on the second bar because the first one is all default stuff for the main software package. When it comes time to upgrade, I won't have to do anything to get all of our extra menu itmes back because they are stored somewhere else with that second bar and won't get touched in the upgrade process.
