The 71 camper special is at the shop

And so it starts I have found a great seat for it.. Tomorrow I hope to start pulling the motor

Motor pulled and at machine shop forged crank should cleanup 20 under ( it had spun 3 rods ) The bores were messed up from the over heating that fried the bearings.

The block has been hot tanked and the bores all cleaned up at 0.023 over so I can use 030 pistons.

What motor? Something like that would do pretty well with a lowdeck 496 or 512.

I wanted to build a stroker for it but I am running out of time so I am just using the stock forged crank so it will be a 383
