It may show some aging but is still a gold mine of information. That car should NOT be restored. :cool:
 
Quite a find indeed! Pontiac was Oakland's "budget" line but the Pontiac got to be so popular, GM killed Oakland. The same can't be said of Cadillac's LaSalle (mentioned in the opening theme of "All in the Family"), Buick's Marquette line, and Oldsmobile's Viking lineup.

Chevy never got one, because they were the bargain-basement line already. It would've had to come without wheels. :D
 
That looks awful familiar.

That is the same as Marks right down to the interior.
 
keep that old lady in running condition..clean her up as best possible and enjoy as often as possible
 
As of right now, she's unsold but 48 people are watching the auction. Someone's gonna pull the trigger before too long.
 
Even in pristine condition the value isn't very high. :huh:
