This is the best resto book I've seen so far. Lots of accurate information, over 200 color photos, and no time wasted on the pre-1970 Barracuda models... it's all E-bodies!
The book comes across as being written by an enthusiast, rather than someone just trying to make some bucks by filling pages with whatever wrong crap they can find. There's 87 pages devoted to the 1970/71 models, and a surpising wealth of info on the 1972-1974 cars. Lots of close-up detail pics of engine and chassis, and complete lists of color codes, interior codes, engine stampings, etc.
The vehicles pictured are usually correct, and what is'nt correct is carefully pointed out. This book costs a bit more than the other book available for these cars, and it's worth every penny.
We would still like to see someone put together a comprehensive resto manual on the 1970-1971 cars. complete with part numbers and exploded diagrams for everything. There is a good assorment of various part numbers included in this book BTW. It's 128 pages total, by Jim Schild.
