lots of rain outs this year, but we finally got a day at the track in.
ryan lost our 1st race. he cut a .535 light & ran a 7.716 on a 7.710 dial. that should win you a race, but our competitor cut .516 & ran a 6.34 on a 6.32 dial in. the margin of victory was in the 1/10,000th of a sec. WOW.[smilie=2:
we bought back in & found himself in the finals a few hours later only to red light with a .496 bulb. SHIKES.[smilie=l: but a 2nd place was still OK.:giggedy:
it was MOPAR DAY at the track & weather caused a low car turn out. ryan took 1st place in the mopar shoot out & CUDA took 1st place in the peolpes choice award. got us some hardware. then ryan won another 100 bucks in a draw. GREAT DAY. :bravo:
i'll be on holidays for the next couple of weeks & when i get back i head to North Bay to race. (HEY Sandwich still around)
