Barney
Nice to see this is still up and running It was getting so bad I wasn't even checking in anymore.
As of Sept 1 I am back on full workers comp. Work says they have no light duty for me anymore. The doctors keep making them promises and then change their minds. They screwed me and sent me back to work to soon. Work doesn't want me to work until I am at the end of my healing. That may be 6 to 8 months from now. If I can't do heavy work by then sounds like they will let me go:(

Now that the summer is over I have time to finish the S10 project. I am finishing up the trans rebuild and trans upgrades. I ordered a 3500 stall vigiante lockup converter for it yesterday. Once the trans gets installed and the drive line and cooling lines are run the cab will be ready to put on the frame. The motor has been on the frame for over a month. I wanted to have it on the road this summer but now I will have to shoot for next spring.

Gas is so much:eek: I am thinking of building a stil and running alcohol:D I was looking forward to beeper running the roadrunner but that has gone south:( DAVE did you get that stereo to work? Did you hook the yellow wire to 12 volts and take it off the grounded dash?? Well I need to lurk through the site now that it works again:p

Good to see yah again. Be careful working on your truck...they love to video tape. Don't ask how I know. :D

UH OOO DO you think they video taped me taking a pee when I was at a 20# weight limit:toot:

Don't worry when it comes to lifting something past my 40# limit I call MOOG![smilie=a:

Trust me, they warp EVERYTHING. They are absolute fuckkers. I would tell you more, but that might ruin the fun. :D

good to hear from you Barney...........Jass was running out of blush ...I didn't know Avon was so heavy 40# lifting limit and all.

Seems that the medical profession as a general rule is more worried about collecting the most money from insurance companies than whether or not the patient is recovering as they should. Glad to hear that you are up and arond some anyway Barn.
