There's an update to the media player.
You can attach a wav or mp3 file to your post and the board will automatically put it into a Media Player box in your post.
We can do this for just about any ATTACHED media file, but I've only allowed uploads of wav and mp3 at this point.
The file sizes are limited too. 512Kb for wav and 1Mb for mp3. This is intended for small little clips as opposed to, say, sharing music files. :naughty:
I highlighted "attached" above because the file limits only apply to attachments. If you are linking to a hosted file, then there's no size limit - because the files are over there and not over here...
