Marlboro Man Sandwiches

I've actually come close to this, but I didn't get to the sherried mushrooms... however, I used sliced Polish sausage (lengthwise) in place of the beef. I got the idea at a restaurant at Upper Tahquomenon Falls. No worcestershire, but otherwise almost exactly what I made. I will definitely try this when money allows.
 
I made 'em again...this time with ground beef instead of cube steak. Still was good. A little messier, but good.
 
That sounds very tasty. And that Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce is excellent, I don't use anything other kind since I found that.
