Of course I doubled just about everything (Worcestershire, hot sauce, etc, 'cause I'm silly like that)

but they were so, so good.

Just make them, dammit. You'll thank me later.

I've actually come close to this, but I didn't get to the sherried mushrooms... however, I used sliced Polish sausage (lengthwise) in place of the beef. I got the idea at a restaurant at Upper Tahquomenon Falls. No worcestershire, but otherwise almost exactly what I made. I will definitely try this when money allows.

I made 'em again...this time with ground beef instead of cube steak. Still was good. A little messier, but good.

That sounds very tasty. And that Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce is excellent, I don't use anything other kind since I found that.
