I know I havent posted in awhile, I've been kinda busy talking with my Fiancee, and out getting two cars. Not to mention going back to work! I need the money for the ring I'm getting my Fiancee.
Anyway I traded a '76 shortbed to a friend of mine last year and he hasnt done much with it. Needs a motor put in and some misc. He offered to trade it back to me, but decided that he wanted a SB instead of a LB. So, for putting a motor in the thing I'm getting an '88 W-150 4wd! It runs and drives. 318-TBI, 4-spd, and 3.21 gears. Also has a set of 4 15x8 aluminum holed rims with decent 31-10.50 tires.
The problem is is that there isnt a straight panel on it! Everything needs replaced except the cab, Radiator support, and back bumper. No big deal really I've got most of the stuff to put it together.
I dont know what I'll do with it in the long run, all I know is is its hard to pass up a running 4wd for doing something as simple as a Motor swap. Pics hopefully soon!
