How much is it worth?

My mother has kept my Dad's 67 Satellite in the family since his passing in 2006. She would like me to take ownership of it, but we have to come up with a value.
The specs are
318 poly 2bbl rebuilt in 1999 with 727 auto console
8 3/4 rear with 2.94 peg leg
4 wheel drum manual brakes
manual steering
40300 original miles
body was already done when we purchased the car, starting to show it's age. Patches on both fenders above the wheel wells
drivers side floor needs replacing
Generally in good condition, but in need of some TLC.
In 2007 the car was appraised at $23000 for insurance purposes. Now, of course, that is extremely optimistic of it's real worth.

No idea on the value. What I like to do to figure out relative values of stuff is watch E-bay auctions, go to Mopar sites (Moparts etc) and check out the classifieds, as well as search on-line car sites for compareable cars for sale. Keep the information in a small booklet for easy comparison.
