Help with avatar/sig

I've went to my profile and uploaded an image for my avatar and nothing shows up. I even tried to direct link it and still nothing.

I also added a pic to my sig and nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong?

It is too big, that is why.

Needs to be, oh, I can't remember....140x140? Check your pms. I told you I would help with the other name.
