It is ~ 40 miles south in pueblo colorado Power heat in the shop nice cement floor. Roll up door in the front, rear door opens to 2 large fenced storages that you can drive cars into and lock the fence around. Can not be seen from any road 
I can not even get a google sat image but I was there and saw it sorry no pic yet.
2 flys in the ointment
1)no water within 100 yards
2)110 only now the owner was sure the 220 lines were ran to the unit she but there is no outlets unless the user needed it the unit was just remodeled and I will be the first tenit, the owner called the electrition while I waited but could not get hold of them.
I paid for the first month and deposit 425 total. The rent is only 225 a month! :bwuhaha: :giggedy: :bravo:
