drag racing points series finished

this was Ryan's & my 1st year to race in a full program. although we played at the track last year & entered a few events that was just getting our feet wet.

so after a full season of racing, 185 passes down the track, a rained out last day, 3 missed races due to breakdowns & vacation, we finished in 8th place in our rookie season . we're both pretty proud of ourselves. i wonder what next year will bring.

I think $10 a gallon sounds about right.

Otherwise, not too bad for a rookie year, as long as you can afford it, you guys should do pretty well.

In the top ten for a rookie year is a proud achievement in my book.

Especially when you figure in the missed races, certainly top 5 is not out of the question for next year?

You should be proud Greg. :dance: That boy can drive. Ron Jr has not raced much in the Dart but I was proud how that boy jumped in the Dart and ran as good as me and he had never raced a car down the dragstrip in his life. Nice going ! Ron
