Did the Google Ad's banner eat part of our topic pages?

Livin' my life...one gas station at a time.
I was just wondering since I can no longer see anything below the last post of any topic.

Time to put new batteries in the beanie yet DCF?:dcf:

Hmmm, I'm still not getting anything below the last post of any topic. I checked the Google site and it won't come up at all right now. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Well, the space for the ads is under the last post.

If you have something that's blocking google ads, then that space will be empty.

But you should still see the Quick Reply box, posting rules, etc etc, etc that's usually at the bottom of the page.

It's all working ok here at work right now.:hmmm:

I didn't have any problems with Moparnuts (or Google) before yesterday. I even have the Google site as my home page since it's so simple it usually loads almost instantly when I log into the internet at my house. Google wasn't working at all for me at home last night. I didn't change anything on my computer or internet settings at all lately so I don't have any idea why it was giving me problems. Every other website I tried worked fine last night though so...

Basically the where Google ads banner started right below the last post of any thread, and everything below it, was where everything got clipped from. The bottom of the last post was just the bottom of my page. Since I was having problems with Google and the Google ads banner was where the missing area started from, I'm guessing they're related. It may have been a problem with Google locally (the defauly google site is in Spanish over here). I dunno? I just hope it still works when I get back home again. The way it was last night I had to go back to the top of the thread to use the "New Reply" button up there. The one at the bottom as well as the Quick Reply box (which were below the Google ads) were missing as well.

seems to be working now...

Well, last night I cleared the temp files, did a thourough system cleanup and defragged it just to be sure. I didn't get a chance to check it over last night since the defrag was taking forever. So far it seems to be back to it's normal nuttyness around here (at home) again.
