Just seen this. Usually don't stray outside the looney bin section. Yes - if you want them you got them. I don't mind in the least doing them (as time provides). A couple things up front though.
Are people really enamoured with the lamination, or could they get by without it? The stuff is right through the roof for coins and I will do some for those that want to pay for it, but it's almost doubled in price since last year. Your call. I would try 36 pound bond unlaminated for about a buck a page (USD of course).
Was the slidebar holder mickey device acceptable? I had many requests not to puncture the pages and that was the best I could come up with, again without adding mega coinage to the deal. The only drag is you gotta use the string, which I'm not thrilled with.
But if you want basically the same deal as last year, and are sitting down for lamination, its no problem at all. But...and there are always but(t)s - some nicely pear shaped some....sorry, if you want this to roll please get pictures together ASAP. Letting it sit until the last minute is a recipe for only drinking 21 of your 24 Heinekens

Well m_m, a buck a page USD and the cover page is free, and the slidebar is about a buck a pop. That leaves the shipping demon. It seems to grow in leaps and bounds and I'm always geting bitten by it. so the first to Ken Ada and Bushland will be the respective trailblazers for that. So $13 USD for the calendar and shipping.

No - no D'oh at all. I started with the response, but the cover, slider, envelope and shipping are all extra parts m_m. I don't want to get snagged in to the shipping monster like I usually do, and I don't want to rip people off. As long as my costs are covered, that's it. But with two in university, and paying on a car that the daughter wrote off this summer, I cannot make it a charity cause.
