Another one bites the Dust....

Well, its close to biting the dust anyway. Loaded junk into the '71 Demon shell today and loaded it onto the trailer. Going to the scrapper tomorrow! Now before you get your panties in a wad, let me say that I tried numerous times to sell it at a reasonable price. Its also pretty well picked, no interior, no front clip or drivetrain (a Slant Six car!).

I thought I had it sold a couple times but had people backed out. Mark wanted it but was having problems coming up with the trip money. I'd hold it but I cant sit on it that long, not at $105 a ton! I've pretty much decided that I cant hold ANY car for anyone unless they show me the $$. First to come up with the $$ gets it.

Ya know that's sad. Detroit isn't producing these anymore and people like you are crushing them. That's one less old mopar that will ever see the road again. I'm sure there is somebody out there who would love to have a demon................................. Oh wait a minute.........................an A-body???????
Yea, go ahead and crush it. disregard what I said earlier. sorry....................

At the very worst, it'd make a good race car shell. Maybe you're not marketting it in the right places...

I was gonna build it till I discovered how rough it really was. Needs floors, quarters, a wheelhouse I believe, inner fenders, an interior, tail panel, bumpers, taillights, trunk floor, and a whole front clip! That dont even count straightening out the roof and doing the suspension, drivetrain, wiring, etc All for a Slant Six car? Dont think so!

well maybe, some cars are just too far gone

*fondly remembers Challenger left to have it's bones picked*
