1965 AMC Marlin - $13,450 - Maple Lake, MN - 1965 Rambler Marlin great rust free survivour from Kansas. Just out of elderly gentleman’s serious collection. Gorgeous correct show Ivory finish with dark maroon two tone. Pretty all new correct white interior 50/50 seats. Rare find with stock detailed V8, power steering, power brakes and factory cold air. Very nice and clean underneath and in truck 113k, always pampered and garaged and maintained, radials, tinted glass, great chrome stainless. Also new carpet. Well, if you've got loopy friends... I don't mind these cars, actually. My Grandma had one way back when I was a wee lad. I think AMC could've had a real winner had they made a few more little changes to differentiate it from the Rambler Classic. A more-aggressive front end and sportier interior would've done it. Other than the grille area, I actually think the Marlin is a better overall design than the '66-'67 Charger... and the trunk on the first-gen Marlins is as useless as a screen door on a submarine. :doh:
