I'm a tard, How do I clear it?.

The cookies that keep track of who you are should be cleared when you log out.
However, we did have some cookie issues after the upgrade and the location that they get served up from has changed.
You may have the old cookie lying around and that's keeping you logged in.
Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
